A gunman opened fire in a brazen daylight shooting at Patterson Lakes, gunning down his victim before fleeing.
A gunman remains on the run after a drive-by shooting in Patterson Lakes on Tuesday.
Police are investigating after a man was shot in the lower body from a moving vehicle in a Thompson Rd carpark.
The incident occurred about 6pm.

The victim was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
There are unverified reports the incident happened in a carpark opposite the Coles on Thompson Rd.
Police have not released details on the alleged gunman.
“The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated but investigators believe it is a targeted shooting,” a police spokesman said.
“There is no ongoing risk to the public.”
